Cancer Diagnosis – 4/6/2012

- Chemo 1 - Day 1
- First 3 Days - drowsy, nausea, rash on chest, jaw is sore, scalp is tender, snoring at night, mouth/throat are swollen, look sunburned
- Day 5 - back pain, intestinal issues, rash is getting worse
- Day 7 - stomach cramps, tongue, throat and lips are numb, tongue feels like sandpaper, head is itchy, extremely tired
- Day 8 - throat/stomach on fire
- Day 9 -woke up freezing at 2am, chamomile tea helped my stomach/throat issues, high fever 102.9, doctor called in an antibiotic
- Day 10/11 - Ended up in the hospital. Neutropenic (WBC counts are zero), still having fever
- Day 12 - in isolation at hospital
- Day 13 - WBC counts slowly coming up, armpits are killing me, home from the hospital
- Day 14 - Hair started falling out. We shaved my head.
- Day 15-17 - Starting to feel better. Headache, walked 1.5 miles
- Chemo 2 - Day 1
- Day 5 - brain isn't working, vision is bad, tongue feels like sandpaper, fingernails are hurting, body feels numb, stomach is burning, tired, can't drive, tongue/gums hurting
- Day 7 - problems concentrating, body still feels numb, intestinal issues, very painful fingernails, eyesight issues, nausea still, back pain and some joint pain
